There were 2 detractors:
1-tried calling your number to give you the 30 minutes notice and I got some ploy to give me some free medical device which I was certainly not interested in but the fact that it was a robot. I couldn’t get past. It was a problem.
2-when I arrived at 12:25 PM there was absolutely not a single person in any part of your shop or your building. There was some young man that came in and he tried to find a cashier but was unable. We continue sitting in the car and another very nice man asked us if we needed help and he promised to find somebody so that I could pay.
