I was told the car should be done for the recall fix in about an hour. He said he would call when it was done. 3 hours later I texted to ask about it and got no response. 30 minutes after that, knowing the service center closed at 5, I called and nobody answered. I called again 5 minutes before closing and he said “oh yeah it’s done”. Then tried to say he only got it back 20 minutes ago and hasn’t been able to call yet. He knew they were closing. I had to get my car back from the sales department instead. Then the next morning I get a text that said my car was ready. Like I hadn’t picked it up yet. I was not pleased with the service. I think I’ll make the longer drive to Honda world from now on.

My son brought the car for an oil change and tire rotation. He was told during the visit that there was a bubble on one of the tires and that it needed to be replaced. There wasn’t a new tire in stock. The tire was placed, or left, on the front of the car making it even more dangerous if it was to blow. This tire should have, at the very least, been placed in the rear where it would have been less likely for him to lose control if there was a blow out. We had to take the tire off later, move the rear tire to the front, then put the spare on the back. Ordered a new tire elsewhere.

The diagnositc sheet said both the air filters needed changing but nothing was done about it — I was a bit confused on checkout as to why nobody addressed that with me before I left, it would have certainly been more convenient to get it done while I was there instead of having to schedule a time to come back (I’m in Leitchfield) or go to an auto parts store to have them replaced later.

Satisfied with service with but not satisfied with price. If the problem with A/C is the evaporator it should be under recall just like the compressor & the condenser.
