My main reason for bringing the vehicle in was for front brake judder or vibration. they evaluated brake noise when backing up, which is not the problem at all. Completely disappointed. Cliff always has me fill out and sign paperwork that says this is what I brought the vehicle in to be worked on for this individual did not have me sign any paperwork and took the keys.

Britt was very professional and patient with me: also whom ever rotated my tires and performed other vehicle maintenance checks did so in less than 20 minutes: very pleased also with the reasonable cost of about 20$ and Britt enured I was given my military discount. Also I spoke to a tall slender young black salesman up front; he too was very professional and polite when I inquired about the Honda on the showroom floor; he introduced himself but i don’t recall his name;

Oil change and tire rotation for my 2024 CR-V at 5000 miles. Honda did not cover as maintenance minder not lit. However I felt prudent to change oil on new engine.
