I've taken my car for service since I bought it new in 2020 never any issues. Today I went in and I had forgotten I wanted to ask if they could check the cigarette lighter outlet as it doesn't work. Someone had already checked the fuse and it was fine. The guy at the front desk in service said he'd be sure to let them know. Later someone came to get me to go over things that were needed and I asked him about the outlet and he wasn't aware. He said they'd check but anything more would be a higher cost service. He told me my battery was bad and they had one for $250 other things were typical service issues. I went back to wait on them to finish up I told them no on the battery and talked to my husband. When the service tech came back and said they were done I told him the battery part threw me. He said well the car is 2020 so it's about that time. My battery isn't even a year old I got a new one in July last year. I had it checked somewhere else this afternoon and they said it's fine. I've had zero issues. That had my mind blown never found out about the cigarette lighter outlet because I was baffled by the battery. I honestly don't believe it was tested at all and just an assumption that it was the same one and a way to make money off of me. If you don't question things and just assume how often are you paying for what you don't actually need...... this left me questioning going back there

You cost me the denial of my warranty coverage, by saying that it was caused by impact. How is that possible when the swaybar is high up behind the coil spring, You would have to going in reverse. How could it damage the swaybar and nothing below it. The real cause of the damage was the defective swaybar broke fell down into the wheel sensor and damage it. Thanks a lot for costing me the denied warranty which was $466.68 Thomas M
