Dylan was very kind and answered any question I had. The only thing I’m not pleased with is the extra charge when I use a credit card. As a result, I always carry a blank check. But as of this date Honda is the only one that’s charging the extra fee.

We expected and did not receive a call to tell us that the car service was done. So we called at 5pm and were told that service closed at 4:30 and no one was there to help us. My husband reached out to the sales manager who located our key and called us back. My husband had talked to Dylan earlier to get new wiper blades put on the car, he said no problem and would get it done. We arrived shortly after 5 pm to pick up the car. No new wipers had been put on the car and the windshield is filthy. There are fingerprints, adhesive residue and smears all over the windshield. Also the service sticker was not replaced. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service after having been a customer for several years.
