I scheduled my Honda for an oil change. I was contacted later that additional work needed to be done. After reviewing my receipt, I saw that I was charged for balanced & rotated tires. I never asked for that service or discussed this service when i was notified that my Honda needed additional work. I was refunded, but still not happy about unauthorized work done to my vehicle.
