Had alignment and wheels rotated and balanced but the car still pulls to the left not happy about this !

I find it appalling that your Service Advisor "recommended" two services that were both performed very recently, and then proceeded to continue to lie to us stating that they were "required services by mileage and recommended by Honda Corporate", we ended up having to get another what I believe to have been a Service Advisor to finally get the truth that it was a "Hardin County Honda" recommended service and was not required by Honda. I would thoroughly enjoy having a conversation about this with whoever manages the Service Department and possibly the owner as this seems to be a common occurrence. On previous occasions I have run into the same issue with getting "recommended" services that had just been performed and having to grill the SA about it until they finally conceded that it was indeed recommended by Hardin County Honda and not Honda Corporate as stated in the car's owners manual. This practice is at the very least shady/deceptive and quite honestly at the rate that I have experienced it, maliciously deceptive.

Tony the mechanic that worked on my Honda Civic Si did an outstanding job, took care of my baby like it was his own and I appreciate that. Kyle made sure everything went as trouble free as possible ensuring I had nothing to worry about while my vehicle was in his Shop.
