The service work was satisfactory and met my requests. I do NOT like the new policy of charging a fee for debit/credit card transactions. It is a cost of operating a business that is either a tax deduction or directly reduces the company's taxable income. Though I paid with a check, it is the use of credit cards that facilitates those large car repairs that Honda directly benefits from. It should NOT be a cost that is passed along to the customer. I do not like or accept this trend, and I encourage Honda to reconsider this policy.
