The service technician greeted me as I exited my vehicle. He confirmed my appointment and reviewed my service needs and asked if there were any other concerns that I would like looked at. The service was performed in the expected amount of time and I was advised of two upcoming service requirements that would need to be done later this year. Overall, the service was easy to schedule, online, and my actual visit went off without any issues. Everyone at the dealership was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable.
