Car was not washed. We were told it wasn't washed because it is a soft top, but since I asked they offered to have it hand washed if I wanted to wait another 25 min (after already waiting an hour). Why wasn't it just hand washed to begin with? States tires were rotated, they weren't. States tire pressure was set back to factory recommendations but tires are not factory so now there is too little air in the tires and it shakes while driving . Very disappointing experience.
