I was happy with the service done and the way I was treated, however I noticed there is a smeared hand print in oil on the hood of my truck. Just a note to remind techs when working on a customers vehicle.

I've had my oil changed at Linquist two times. The first time time I had to take it back. It had scratches on the hood that had to be buffed out. Yesterday when I got it back from oil change it had a door dent. NOT a happy customer!!

The service at the dealership was fine. I’m so happy you have valet service and the car was checked thoroughly. I am also happy that there was no attempt to sell me something I didn’t need, as I have experienced at other dealerships in the area.
My one minor complaint is this. I gave my work number to the office so they could use that number as a contact number for today. I did not have my cell phone today. Rather than calling my work number, I received calls and texts on my cell number. I did get a call on my work number for payment, but the call after that from the valet driver was to my cell number. (In the past they have confirmed my contact number, but did not today.) I knew they would drop the car off at work, and told them where to leave it. I did not know they would leave my keys in my car, and the car unlocked at the office. It was there an hour before I found out about it. I’m glad I work at a safe place, with little worry about car theft. My work number should have been given to the valet driver, or he should have confirmed it before I left the van.
To confirm- everyone treated me well, I just had this little issue.

After being told the motor for the windshield wiper was broken we were rushed out of the service area and driven to get a replacement but not told when we would get the car back. We also have issues with the speaker and driver side window in the edge and not told of those would be fixed. I’m not happy that a brand new vehicle has so many issues. If this was a service vehicle I would have thought these would have been looked at and I would have gotten something off for having so many issues so early on.

The service was $20 more than expected and the car wasn’t washed or vacuum even though the temperature was warm enough to do it. Had I known it wasn’t going to be done I could’ve done it myself prior to it being serviced. If this is not a service offered anymore please let me know. I understand “everything “ is going up but $20 is too much for just an oil change. I think $10 more would’ve been more reasonable and would feel less like gouging in my opinion
