I always have great service with your dealership. I did have to reset my own oil usage gauge, which wasn’t a huge deal for me. But someone else it could have caused undo stress and charges not realizing it wasn’t reset during the oil change. Just a learning opportunity. ;)

I called and asked how much the oil change was. The answer I got was $49.95. That’s what I expect it to be when it’s all said and done. You want to Mickey Mouse around like Jiffy Lube and Meinecke, fine. It use to be i brought my car, that I bought there and it was the one price plus tax. No addition for the extra .7 quart of oil, no shop supplies fee, oil disposal and filter crushing fee. $62 for an oil change and tire rotation is too high.

I am astounded a Ford Escape can have coolant leaking into the cylinder at less than 100,000 miles. I appreciated Mike's work and how he treated me. But I think Ford vehicles should hold up longer and I wish someone there would have offered to call the manufacturer and say, this shouldn't happen even if the vehicle is 8 years old. What can be done to keep this from happening?

Valet driver wildly changed all seating positions. forward and back was understandable and also the mirrors, but they changed the lean forward/back, lumbar, and steering wheel position. i am disappointed that someone who drove a car temporarily would completely change the position of someone else’s vehicle rather then leave it as intact as possible, considering they would only drive the car 2 time max

I had the greatest experience and was treated very well from the time I walked into the service area, till the time I received my car back. Washed and vacuumed. Never have I been treated this good. I will continue to bring my car to Lindquist.
