I was surprised and disappointed in the lack of cleanup on my new truck. Stickers were still on the wheel rims, also on the driver keypad, and the truck bed had never been cleaned. It had lots of dirt/dust in it. Joe

When looking into the recall for my vehicle, the recall part is the exact same part that is currently not working. I’ve been told that I have to pay over $1000 to have the part FIXED before they can check to see if it needs to be recalled. Why would it need to be recalled if I have already paid to get it fixed? I have heard people call dealerships ‘stealerships’ and up to this point I would have debated them. Not now. There is a loophole that you are using so that I can’t get a recall, abs system, that has know about for ay least two years but we have been told that there wasn’t a solution so nothing could be done. Now that there is a solution our car doesn’t qualify because what is wrong with it finally gave out. Feels like the big company is trying to pass the buck to the consumer and all anyone tells me is that they are sorry. Obviously that translates to me as ‘sorry but the used dealer stereotype of ripping you off goes deeper than just the salesman into the service department as well’. I am upset for sure. It would be nice to have a manager or someone to contact me because everywhere I turn they go back to the diagnosis and that’s the end of it. This is not ok. Ford should do much better.
