A little disappointed that for a $200 battery it was only a 36 month term. Other then that everything was great. Thanks for getting me in so quick.

We went there thinking we had an appointment to have the recalled parts installed on our vehicle and after waiting for 2 hrs we were informed the parts were not there and we would be called when the parts came in only to have to make another appointment and wait for how long again. I received a letter from Ford stating the parts were in and had the parts listed on the letter along with the VIN and make and model and year and I should now make an appointment so I am not happy at all for the inconvenience of having to drive from Colona to Bettendorf, wait for 2 hrs, then be told I will need to come back. I took off work for this all for nothing
