We are always more than pleased with Lindquist. However, today I was disappointed in your covid protection protocol. I spoke with one older customer who was waiting outside in the cold rather than risking possible exposure from unmasked customers and staff. Her concern was the possibility of taking the virus home to her dying husband. Sad. You may want to re-visit your policy. Thank you.

Lindquist Ford nor Ford Motor Company would offer assistance in repairing or replacing my engine which I purchased from Lindquist Ford. Yes it is past the 3 year warranty period, but the motor, which I paid $9,000 for, only has 26,000 miles on it. Now I am being told this motor needs to be replaced. I purchased this motor thinking I would have my 2006 Expedition for another 100,000+ miles, instead it is junk with no backing or assistance from either Lindquist Ford or the Ford Motor Company. If this was your vehicle, you would be very pissed off like I am. I have bought numerous Ford vehicles in the past, but no more. I cant believe I threw $9,000 out the window. I am being punished for not driving my vehicle many miles in a 5 year period despite excellent maintenance habits. Very very disgusted. Gary B
