We recently had our 2014 Ford Focus serviced at Lindquist Ford. We knew the battery was questionable but it really needed an oil change. Unexpected additional service was also needed that we didn’t really want to hear. Dustin called with the quotes to change the oil, replace the battery and replace the front brakes and rotors. Of course, no one wants to hear this days after Christmas (let alone anytime), but after only accepting the oil change for service, we thought some more and decided to have them complete all the recommended services. We do appreciate the attention to our automobile, as it is driven to and from college with our youngest. The additional services, although not very welcomed from our checking account, truly bring us comfort knowing we’d pay even more to have our daughter safe.

The job was only half done. Was supposed to fix both heater switches, but only did one. For almost $1,000.00, both should of been done.
