Overall I think that Michael was the messenger on my complaints, so I would like my feedback to be directed to my experience as a whole. This vehicle is an absolute nightmare. We are unsatisfied with the lack of conclusion on many of the intermittent issues. You gave this vehicle back to my wife with the restraint indicator lamp on...went back in to get this safety issue addressed. Not satisfied with explanation. After that my wife entered the vehicle and auto seat adjustment failed to work (new) and the auto steering wheel adjust again didn’t function(this was one of the issues the vehicle was in for. In addition we had to come back in for a third time because now the drivers window would no longer stay up. Your “service manager Dave” came out (with an already piss poor attitude over having to fix likely just own mistakes) and lectured my wife about how sometimes you need to clean the seals for the window which he did with his fingers and eventually the window happened to stay up. This vehicle is already an open buyback issue with Ford so I can assure you my patients for continued issues in running very thin, but we should not be leaving a dealership with new issues to deal with most especially safety issues. I already requested a callback from service manager Noah.
