Very satisfied with the service and everyone was extremely courteous, even the people who were clearing snow off of cars and working out in the cold. The only complaint I have is the accuracy of the timeframe I was given. I was told at noon that it wouldn’t be too much longer so I waited on site. The vehicle was actually done around 2pm which was not what I expected from the update. More regular and accurate timeframes would be helpful.

I called around and found I could have my ball joints fixed for a thousand dollars, however was quoted by lindquist at a thousand one hundred and forty five dollars. I would prefer to have my work done with you, your technicians are great and do quick quality work. Can you match the thousand dollar price tag for this work. How about listening to the customer when they are telling you what is true. Last time my car was serviced, the horn came back not working. The inside of the car was not properly cleaned. The seats were left dirty. The car mats were not cleaned. I have been having my car serviced by you since purchased. Considering about finding a new place for this.
