Haley did a fine job scheduling the oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Ford F-150. She also was very helpful explaining an issue with wheel lugs on my vehicle and that tire rotation was not performed. Wheel lugs originally installed on the F.150 were two part and had expanded beyond original metric dimension. She recommended buying one piece wheel lugs and recommended an auto parts retailer and the brand to purchase. Also had me call her and Lindquist would rotate tires and install the new wheel lugs. Evidently Ford does not have a one piece wheel lug for the F-150 pickups. Called Haley to schedule rotation of tires and install new wheel lugs and she was able to get me scheduled immediately the day I called. Haley and service department did an excellent job.

Oil change was fine but there is a piece of shield hanging down from them doing the oil change. They did something and now it’s hanging down more.
