I'm mostly satisfied with my service at Lindquist Ford except I wanted to ask about describing the mechanical work done in relation to the cost, but I couldn't find the service manager before we had to leave. I would have liked an explanation of what generates the cost. Thank you, Leroy B

There is sealant coming out of every door handle. It’s smeared around. I someone got some on the hood. When I picked it up it smelled like the shop. I understand they were trying to get it back to me before the end of the day but not at the expense of quality work. If you want pictures I have some.

If you put Delathour at the same position at the largest dealership in all of Chicago, it would take him a week to figure out the intricacies, but he would be running his position like a GT500. He posessis the highest training, riveling your most tenured mechanic. I know, I trust him with my life. He is the only person that services my motorcycle for the past 20+ years. You greatly under value him, and I know that you underpay him.
