First off we were told to expect 2.5 hours for the service it was in for. Well after 4 hours we were told that the shops computer was having problems talking with the trucks, and they didn’t know how long it was going to take. Shortly thereafter I was informed everything was fixed. Well the truck had a feature that when stopped at a light I didn’t need to keep the brakes engaged the computer took over. Well whatever you guys did that feature does not work anymore. Needless to say I am very hesitant to bring the vehicle back to let you try again. I guess I can trust you with oil changes. ????

We purchased our 2016 Fusion new from you. Thanks to your professional service it continues to run in tiptop condition.

I have a scuff in the paint on my driver side read door. No dent is present. This was not there prior to arrival at the service center.

My vehicle was at your facility from 8/18 MORNING until today. It spent a majority of the time sitting there. The person I spoke to over the phone would answer my questions but never in depth which left me with more questions and then just sat there awkwardly on the phone in silence. It seemed like no one really cared to do much to help the fact that I have 2 full time jobs to get to. No one was really much help and only communicated any progress with me towards the end and didn’t seem like he cared much to contact warranty to get the process moving as quickly as possible. I had to call warranty myself to see what was taking so long. I was told that they hadn’t heard from warranty about the adjuster making an appointment but when I called warranty myself it was noted on my account that the adjuster had called and left messages several times to make an appointment to come out. I was not told from the beginning that all loaners were already out for a long period of time and I’ve definitely had way better service at smaller dealerships than I had here and they always made sure that they 1) got me the most things covered under warranty as possible no matter what and 2) got my vehicle back to me and communicated with me very well a timeline each day as well as gave me something to drive in the meantime because I take care of 3 kids 4 and under. To not have a vehicle is a huge deal. If it wasn’t for having to bring my vehicle in to a ford dealership for my warranty, I would have never brought my vehicle there.
