Listen, I know these guys get dirty doing the work they do but for the love of god can you clean up after yourself and not just treat customers vehicles like their shitboxes? The personal at the dealership was excellent, very disappointed with Ford and the quality of their F150. After driving F series trucks since 1981 I regretfully have switched to a different brand and will never own Ford again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in to get my sync updated because when I did it I got an error, your dealership was unable to update and received a failure code. Then completed a recall. I was charged $140 and my problem was not solved. I did not understand how I was charged that amount for 45 minutes of work. Especially since there is no further research the machine pops the error.
