I went in for a routine oil change. When I was told my car was ready, I was happy that my wait was not a long one. However, when I entered my car, I was overcome with a STRONG and sickening stench of motor oil. I drove a short distance. Because it was a frigid morning, I turned on the heat and the smell got worse. I went back to the service department. I was told the oil cap was loose and it would be tightened and cleaned. I actually felt sick from the carcinogenic fumes!!! It was awful ????

I informed them several times that I would need a ride to work (on Chichester Ave) but once I was finally checked in after waiting for 10 minutes for Eric to get done doing whatever he was busy doing; I was informed that the shuttle driver was picking up some parts.
