I have been waiting for a reimbursement check from Ford for close to three months for repairs and towing that I paid for on a recalled problem in which I received a letter from Ford stating that I would be reimbursed for the repairs that I had already paid. Although I’ve received phone calls from the service manager and like -I have still not received my reimbursement check. I’m a little frustrated with Ford right now there’s nothing you can do other than make sure I get my check as soon as heavenly possible.

I checked a drop off form for a 30k service. No one called to review costs with me. I show up and have a $415 bill. It’s obvious my tires are a week old and they rotated and balanced? Why wouldn’t you call and ask and cover a bill of that much. I really want my money back. Definitely leaving reviews.

Dropped our brand new vehicle off because fog lights were not working properly. No one reached out to us to update us on status of our car. We called for 1.5 hours prior to closing to be told they needed a part and would have to keep our car. A call would have been appreciated to inform us that it was going to need to stay longer than a day. The next day, we again have to call to inquire about what is going on with our vehicle only to be told they can’t duplicate our concern/problem and nothing is wrong with the car. So why did our vehicle stay overnight ? Why did we have to keep calling. We pick up our car, our car was never moved from where we parked it. I was told that the service department is short staffed and they mixed up vehicles when they told us they needed a part for it. This is not my problem that service is short handed. I deserve the same customer service that I would receive if they were fully staffed. Also, get your facts straight and make sure you know what vehicle you’re talking about before giving information to a customer. Poor customer service all around. I told Chris and Carlos in service that if this happens again, I am recording it happen and I will be furious that so much of my time has been wasted.
