Hello,
After multiple service visits this week, I have several issues that need to be resolved. I was charged separately for a wheel alignment ($90) that I did not request, my wiper fluid hose was broken, rendering the windshield wiper fluid inoperable (dried fluid was left all over my windshield after my first service, as if it had ruptured), and finally my windshield replacement was done with Fuyao glass and not Ford's Carlite glass as I specifically requested. My original rear view mirror was also replaced with an inferior after market piece. The only reason I went to the dealer for this repair was to get original Ford parts for my car. I will be reaching out tomorrow to see what can be done to make all of this right. Thank you.
