I have not been happy with Murphy Fords service. I was told on the day I purchased the car that the disposition fee would be waived, wasn’t what happened and I got a bill, then I had to pay for an inspection 4 months into owning the car?? Never have I had to pay for an inspection that soon to purchasing a car. The desk worker at the service center was very helpful, he fixed the big mix up getting my replacement key. Will never purchase a car there again

Not and bad experience, only thing is that they didn’t put the windshield reminder for next service date on, in fact they forgot it last time as well, I had an engine light on and my truck took a while to troubleshoot but I realize electrical issues are sometimes tricky and they did get the sensor in the next day.
