I brought my car in for a recall for locking mechanism but the lock on the hatch back which I am having a problem with was not part of recall... so in order to fix they wanted me to pay $125 for a diagnostic test on a lock not working.... thought very unprofessional considering I have purchased over 20 cars from that dealership.... It’s a shame because I kept coming back because of Don DeKay is an awesome salesmen...but unfortunately the service department left a bad taste so I highly doubt I will shop there again.... My car has been in your possession for 2 weeks due to insurance repairs. I called 3 times and NO ONE could tell me anything about my car. Finally get in touch with the service manager and he tells me they have received no list of repairs for the appraiser. I call my insurance and they said they mailed and emailed you a copy of repairs a week and a half ago. Ill never buy another car or send it to your shop ever again.
