Worst experience I’ve ever had with a service department. Your service technician was in a accident with my vehicle and then Murphy Ford refused to take responsibility for the damage. Then you put it in writing that you were going to pay my deductible and then refused to pay it when you found out I wasn’t having Murphy Ford do the work. I will never buy or have another vehicle serviced at your dealership ever again.

I specifically scheduled my Ford Explorer to come in for a recall service AND to fix my Sirius XM antennae. But they didnt have a technician in when I brought it in for my appointment. So now I have to bring it back in and it will take 2 weeks before I can schedule something
My rep was nice otherwise and kept me up to date.
