We were able to use our extended coverage for this repair
The issue we are still having as of today the insurance adjuster needs to speak with the service dept at Gosh to answer a question on the labor hours charged for the repair
It has been over a month and no one at the dealership has concocted my insurance carrier so I have not been able to receive reimbursement for my claim
Is a phone call to much to ask to resolve this matter?

Car has been in shop for 2 and a half weeks with no resolutions also, the rental provided is not equal to what my car is currently I need a third row seat. I just purchased 2024 traves and it has been in the shop twice out of the almost four weeks of having the car its been in the shop for almost 3 including the first time I had taken it in for... I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service thus far. Dealership just needs to give me back my money for selling me an unsafe vehicle.
