I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with Gosch Chevrolet service department. I will never return tk this place and i will make sure and let averyone i know how incompetent this place is.

I was not explained in detail what I was going to be charged my surprise when I seen the bill for what I was being charged in a high cost I felt I was being ignored and smile the person that took my request for my service was really unprofessional did took my husband in consideration when my husband wanted to know the reason why I was getting charged all this extra that I didn't ask for am not ever going back and will definitely not recommend no one to the dealer ship.
