Had to leave the truck longer than anticipated because they didn’t get everything done. Service advisor was very rude to me on the phone then when I called him on it he copped an attitude. You guys have a bad reputation for your serve department and after experiencing it myself it is well earned. Awful!

My vehicle was taking longer than expected due to waiting on parts being shipped. Dean arranged for a rental car and kept me informed and updated as to the progress on my vehicle repair. I have my truck serviced at Gosch Chevrolet when service is needed and have been very satisfied with the service provided. I have had Dean involved in previous service transactions and he has always been professional and responsive to any issues or questions I have had.
