The staff was extremely helpful. My daughter happened to puke a little right before arriving and our appointment was at 8am so kids were still in their pajamas. I didn’t think I had any changes of clothes for her but one of the services desk men went and grabbed a GOSCH small pink shirt for her without even asking me to pay. That right there was someone going above and beyond his job title and expectations! That sweet gesture meant the world to me even though I was able to find a change of clothes.

I took my truck for an airbag change and it was in good condition, and they delivered it to me with the handle and handle lock on the driver's door damaged and the worst thing I saw was when the employee damaged it for which I mentioned what happened to the person in charge, and they did not want to take responsibility for the damage they caused to the car. Super bad service

I arrived at 8:45 for 9 service and was told you were short handed. I moved through the line until I got up front and then people behind me were helped instead. It wasn’t until 10:30 that I was able to drop my car off. It then took the entire day to be told it needed a new battery and wouldn’t be finished until the next morning. I’m sure this is all due to be short handed but either way not very efficient service.
