Had to wait 20 min just to have my truck checked in for maintenance, then the guy that checked me in had an attitude very rude I will not be bringing my truck in for any service to this dealership in the future. I also had to wait 2 1/2 hr for a simple oil change

I was a bit frustrated with the fact my care was going to be gone so long, my husband was out of state and I had my children plus their friends and a weekend trip planned. Michael worked hard to get me a courtesy vehicle that was equivalent to the seating my SUV had (even when I was a bit rude, not my finest moment.) It was all worked out and he even washed and filled up my vehicle. Thank you Micheal for putting up with my unprofessional frustrations professionally.

I had a schedule appointment at 2pm today for an oil change. Got there 30min early and didn't leave till 5pm. I was there for 3 hours for an appointment oil change. What's the purpose of making an appointment if it's going to take 3 hours for just an oil change. Totally not cool!
