The work to repair the defective computer screen was completed perfectly. Additionally, the knocking sound which I brought to the attention of Michael Gormandy was identified as being caused by defective rear axle bolts which are currently being ordered and will arrive in approximately a week to ten days; then, the appropriate repair for that issue will be addressed. Unfortunately, while my brand new car was in the car of Gosch, the right, passenger side wheel received significant damage. It appears as if the maintenance crew when driving the car ran the right wheel along some object which significantly scratched, dented and bent the outer rim. The issue was NOT CAUGHT by the service people. I, as is my custom, do a walk through of my own vehicle; and I am glad I did because GOSCH failed to see OR REPORT the damage. I did not drive my vehicle off the service lot before bringing this to the attention of the service department. I was told that they could buff out the damage and then use some sort of epoxy to fill in the damaged dents. With respect, I informed GOSCH service that this was unacceptable. I told them that as a new car owner [purchased from GOSCH], repairing the damage they caused to an otherwise flawless and perfect rim WOULD NOT DO. I am in the process of requesting a brand new rim. The problem was caused by GOSCH and GOSCH should replace it with a brand new rim. Period! Currently the service representative [who took pictures of the damage] will be speaking with the department manager on Monday 7-10-17 and will call me to provide information regarding a resolution to this matter. My hope is the GOSCH will step up to the plate and show themselves to be the quality, customer friendly company they tout themselves to be. In summation, thus far, I am less than pleased with GOSCH. I am a life long Toyota owner and never have had any problems with my previous Toyota's; much less a new one. I decided this time to go American built. So far, on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best, GOSCH Chevy gets a 4 or maybe 5. Why? Because my new car from GOSCH has been in the service shop longer than in my driveway. And now, not only do I have to take it back for rear axle bolt repair [on a car which i purchased with only 6400 miles]but I incurred damage to my front drivers side rim. Thank you for your time. I have been retired from the car business for several years now. In my 35 working years in the business I have never been involved with a dealership like Gosch. It is the most professional and customer oriented dealership I have ever come in contact with. Helpful is an understatement. There is always someone making sure you have been helped and ready to give you anything you need. Michael Gormandy is so involved with making sure you are happy with your service experience that it is almost enjoyable to bring your car in for service. Something I can not say about any other service department I have dealt with in years. What ever the management at Gosch has done, they have done it right. Thank you.

I went today to service my yruck,it was 3:42 pm when I arrived at the service,it was 4:45 pm and my truck wasn't moved from the spot I left it,I noticed and got real mad wasting my time at this facility,real bad customer service,thinking about doing oil changes myself

Services with a smile. Always so informed on my concerns. Previously took to another shop for last two oil changes needed extra oil towards 3000 mile mark. He advised possible reason and check oil level at each gas fill up to watch closer this oil change. I feel safer with him servicing my 2003 Tahoe!! Above and beyond thanks!!

Jessie took great care of me, I'm very satisfied with the service he & his crew provided, & the sweet disposition of that tall gorgeous cheerful blond in the service dept that assigned me my number yesterday took all of the sting out of me getting told the wrong time to come yesterday morning (I don't know who did that, someone who called me at home on Friday said you opened at 7:30 on Saturday)
