Part wasn't in stock (door handle) on 1st visit. Michael set up appointment for the next day since part had to be ordered. Michael gave an estimate of 2 hours to complete the repair. Repair was completed in less than 2 hours. Great job!

The work was completed and I understand that the service department doesn't need to be friendly with customers however my visit was less than desirable. Ken was very short with me and when I asked to speak with a supervisor he refused. The issues I've been experiencing with my truck I guess are all in my head and because I am not a mechanic I have no idea what I am taking about. I will never use my local gosch dealership again I will drive from San Jacinto to Temecula to get the friendly prompt service I deserve.

I have been to Hemet Chevrolet multiple times for my oil change and have never waited longer than an hour and a half. I make an appt every time. My appt was Wednesday at 8am. I waited almost 3 hours for my service, I had to ask about my car's status after 2.5 hrs. The service advisor was very nice, but claimed that there were a lot of service appts that day. My frustration has to do with length of time I waited without an update, the fact that I heard two clients speaking to each other; one had an appt at 9am, was given a 1 hr and 20 min wait time, left at 10 am, the other client claimed to not have made an appt and spoken to letting her know her vehicle was almost finished as I went to ask about my vehicle's status at 10:30. I did not leave until almost 11am. I was very disappointed in this experience and am not sure I would return to this dealship for my future services.

Very pleased! Michael was very thorough.
He arranged a ride for me to and from Murrieta. The driver was very prompt.
I was also greeted by John Rogers when I arrived who assured me that the technicians were lined up and ready to install the tonneau cover, tint windows, and touch up paint. John stayed in touch throughout the day and even sent me a picture of truck when the work was completed. When I picked up my truck John went over all the work that was done and instructed me how to use my new tonneau cover and was kind enough to supply me with touch up paint. Truck was washed and filled with gas. Top notch service, very professional and everyone was extremely kind. I can't say enough. A big thanks to John! Gosch has definitely earned my business in the future and I will be recommending Gosch to all my friends! ????
