The staff in your service department were very professional and courteous. From Mario who told me on the phone to come in and they would take care of me, to the girl who told me to come inside instead of waiting in my cold car, to Joshua who saw me waiting and took care of me right away, to the shuttle drivers who got me home and back safely. Took almost 2 hours for a fluid change and I did have an appointment. Was told my car would be washed it was not. I have one more fluid change left then am done with Hemet gosch, fist time service was great after that bad service and waste of my time. I would rather pay more to service my car elsewhere then save a few bills and bad service at gosch Chevrolet.
