I had an appointment for an oil change and when I get there,they didn't even have an oil filter for my 2016 Chevy.

Service writers need to understand the importance of listening and writing down what the customer says. Chevy was unable to earn my praises due to being "unable to recreate the problem, no service needed" thanks. I hope an innocent bystander doesn't get hurt for your mistakes.

The fact that customer service is very poor at your department is one thing but wanting to charge me 330 to diagnose a dripping oil pan, dark colored engine coolant, and a faulty accessory plug is unacceptable. Not to mention that the fees paid for you to look at this would not be transferred to repairing the item if in fact you could figure out what the problem was. I think it's obvious it's cheaper for me to go to Honda then it is to come to Chevy. Thank you but we will be switching our choice of dealership due to your service department.
