Got my steering wheel retro fitted and my back up sensor. Everything was great until I went to use cruise control that night. No biggie.. just need to take it back in. Doesn’t define the level of service because that’s always great!

Its sad to see how much the lack of customer sevice, and the arrogance of your staff to be so matter of fact in explaining away there i dont care about your time additude!
I stood in the entrance 10 min before someone even looked up much less greeted me.
He spent the next 10 min looking for mt service writed who i realized later was b/s ing in the service mangers office!
He tried explaining to me why my 2pm appt would take approx 3 to 4 hrs like a drs appt.
I was so pissed i left
I got to my car and thought im going to speak with the service manager
He proceeded to explain the dr visit theory like it was rehearst in a staff meeting!
He went on to say were not jiffy lube!
I went to a vavoline oil change shop, it took them 30 seconds to greet me, 18 min to change my oil and it was $64 cheaper.
5 diffrent people helped me!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I SERVICE MY VEHICLES OR PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION.

They said when I first took my car to the services that my car was going to be ready in 2 days, I took the car on Tuesday, they scanned my car on same day, Wednesday they called to say the is going to take more than 2 days, at the end I ended up renting a car for almost 3 weeks because they couldn’t have my car ready. They knew about the Chevrolet strike happening at that time, they knowing that information still took the car and assured me my car was going to be ready in 2 days.
