Your service reps and customer service was good. My complaint is mechanics left dirty greasy finger prints on drivers side door interior.

My experience was bad because my keys were misplaced when I arrived to pick up my vehicle . The end result was me getting a ride home to fetch my spare key. I then had to come back the following morning to get my keys. The whole experience was a nightmare and inconvenient .

Car was not ready as promised and I waisted my time driving over there Saturday morning only to find out it would not be ready until Saturday night. It was originally promised by early afternoon Friday. Michael my service advisor was nice but the female answering phones on Sunday morning had a major attitude and told me I would need to wait until service reopened on Monday to retrieve my garage door opener that was left in the loaner truck.
