I told the services rep I did not want a car wash at the completion of my services since I had my car detailed yesterday.
They ran my car through the car wash anyway and did not even bother to dry it. This is the reason I refuse the car wash because they did the same thing last time. It seems all they do is spray water on. What kind of car wash is that? I had to dry my own car before driving it off the lot.
Overall I'm not impressed with the service proivided at the service dept and will be taking my car to another dealer from now on.for service.

They done excellent work on replacing the tire, on my new car. I brought my car here because it's under warranty and I thought it cover the cost of the new tire. I could have went some where for a new tire at half the cost.

Usually takes awhile to get our free service, and I don't think they have ever washed my truck like they said they would when I bought the vehicle.. this last time the service adviser even noted on the service request "Wash"... and it still didn't get washed..?
