I didn't agree with 260 for labor cost. I was also unhappy with the fact that I was not informed with a courtesy call that my car was received and to add to the disappointment, I wasn't given a call informing me my car was done. I feel the customer should not have to be the one calling to get the status of their vehicle. I thought I would have received better customer service than I did. Just many of the reasons why taking a vehicle to the dealer is not a favorable choice.
