My car was there 2 weeks and all that hot accomplished was the diagnostic for my check engine light. I was told work would commence on Monday. I called for updates all week finally got a hold of someone on Wednesday only to discover no work had began and the wouldn't begin until the middle of next week. I was fully prepared to pay the 5000 dollars they quoted but this timeline is extremely unprofessional I will never come here again. I took my car to paradise cheverolet years back and they updated me regularly and had me back on the road in a week. This was just a hot garbage experience that cost me 175 dollars.

Well they say they were going to wash the truck and did a terrible job with. They were still dirty spots on my truck and I thought they would clean the windows when you wash a vehicle too. Then they never reset my oil gauge on the dash and it’s still said 39% oil left. I reset it myself. My service Rep at the window is great as always but your mechanics I question because in the video you sent to me and said i need an air filter and cabin filter because it was mark yellow. Well I just put a new K&N cabin filter the day before and I also have a K&N air filter with a little over 10,000 miles on it. Sorry but I’m not happy about your mechanics
