I came in to have my fleet vehicle serviced. Upon arriving I made it clear that it was a fleet vehicle and all services needed preapproval before work was done. That wasn’t done and work was performed. My rear hatch door was having issues as well and Fleet Services approved that work. It was not done because Mr. page became upset. That work had been done that was not approved per his instructions, once he spoke to fleet management and was told certain repairs were not going to be approved he appeared visibly upset and asked me just to take my vehicle and leave. My door was never looked at and or repaired. Extremely unprofessional, and I will never deal with him again.
