I had my car in on Friday, and Dean told me on Friday at noon it was going be in shop being worked on.and on Saturday someone was going yo call me around 12 noon if it was ready or get a status, Dean from Chevrolet said he wasn't going be there.
As Saturday came by I ended calling do I still had no calls, and spoke with Roger and told him what Dean said and Roger had no clue, at least Roger got my car in and got the part repaired, but in 30 min my car was repaired , so as a customer they couldn't do this fix earlier, just amazes me the lack of commutation from inside.
And overcharge part cost 180 and labor 200 for simple matter of 30 min fix, I feel got robbed technical.
When I got the keys,I asked if was part replaced and personal said I don't know that's Dean deal.
I left like this is a really pathetic place.
And 6 months ago I took my car there and got a quote of like 180 and this time cost 408.
Service is very unprofessional.
And I would never go back there, unless I have to, but I be worried for prices and service I will encounter.

I’m so positive that you guys left my truck outside over the weekend and the top of my inside roof had a water leak and I know this because my driver side head light has water inside.you guys mest up My top inside upholstery.
