No one in the service department when I arrived for my appointment. Service was completed in a timely manner but roughly 445 mins after I was told car would be ready in 5 mins I went to find out if it was done someone in training couldn't help me. Waited another 15 mins and then they couldn't find my paperwork. My first experience with your service department could have been better. They did knock $15 off the bill. That seemed appropriate.

Rojelio is always So friendly and nice when we come in to get service done. We brought our truck in for an oil change and shortly after the check engine light came on so we brought it back in. My service person did not return any of my calls and was dismissive when I asked questions. I asked about a rental car but no information was given. As a result I lost a days work. I have never been so disappointed with you.
