Instead of fixing the problem that the codes told them my 02 sensors were messed up, but instead of fixing that they tried to tell me they needed to open up my engine and it was gonna cost 2500 dollars just to take a look.... so i took my vehicle elsewhere to get a second opinion and he changed my sensors and my car works fine all for a total of 380 dollars which saved me a ton of stress and money so next time try fixing the small problem before trying to charge someone for a bigger problem

My issue was the wait time. I arrived for my appt at 10;30am. Dean couldn’t find me on the schedule. I showed him the screenshot. We went ahead with the job. Good lord! I didn’t leave till 3:20pm!! 5 hrs. I wasn’t warned or updated that it was going to take that long.

I took my all electric vehicle in becuase it wouldn't start on Tuesday night. I was able to drop it off after hours, thank you for that. I was told my vehicle was being inspected on Wednesday, it didn't which is fine but don't tell me it is being looked at if it isn't. Then on Thursday I receive the video of what service I needed to be done which consisted of wiper blades, tire tread depth and a cabin filter. Those things have now bearing on why my vehicle wouldn't start. I then get a call from Dean, he explains it is my vehicles 12 volt battery that needed replacing. He explained the part was in stock and I would be able to pick it up in a couple hours. He then asked if I wanted the 100k service done on my vehcile because it was due for it. My vehicle did have over 100k miles. I asked what that all included. He explained the 100k service would change my spark plugs, oil, oil filter, radiator flush, transmission flush etc. I asked how much and it was around 1000 dollars. I was floored because i did not think my all electric vehicle had a transmission, oil, oilfilter, radiator etc. I questioned Dean about this and he said my vehicle had 2 motors one electric and one combustion. After a slight protest he acknowledged my car did not have the combustion engine. I declined the 100k service and asked for the 12v to be replaced. I re-arranged my schedule as he said it would be done by the end of the day. It wasnt and I was told it would be done by noon on Friday. I know electric vehicles are newer and still not as common but that is why I took it to your dealership with "qualified and Experienced" mechanics. I feel like I was trying to be taken advantage of and had I not declined the 100k service I would have been charged for work that does not even apply to my vehicle.
