Dealt with. I’ve dealt with you all twice. About 7 months ago I had my first oil change with you all and I also had scheduled the recall for my parking sensors with you all during the exact time. Even called the parts department and made sure the part for the recall was there and waiting for me they said yes. When I got there, I dropped off my vehicle and got a ride home. Dean called me and said you all didn’t have the part. I said that’s not right seeing how the parts depicted I did and it was being held for me till I got there. Very rudely he said well it’s not here and you need to pick up your car and reach for next week. That didn’t work for me and since I had talked to parts department I demanded a loaner since it was your fault you prob gave my part to someone else while it was being held for me. He reluctantly gave me a loaner and when I got there I was waiting for them to change the plates on the loaner I got an absolute dirty piece of crap eqeonix that looked like it was just traded in by a soccer mom family with tons of kids as that was the dirtiest loaner I’ve ever received. When I dropped it off basically didn’t get a word from Dean as he closed out my paperwork and was absolutely rude and horrible. Fast forward to my most recent visit I saw it as a chance to make up for it, I came in for the second oil change and I waited for the service guy who wasn’t Dean but was much nicer then to get done with his customer to let him know I had an appointment. He said it was with Dean but since he wasn’t there at that time he’d start it for him. Like a minute later Dean walked in and told his co worker he’d take care of and demanded me to wait. Again rude with no customer service. Then as I was explaining to him that I was there for my second free oil change he did everything but call me a liar. He said that the sales don’t do that. I said well they did with me but if I had to go back to Temecula to get my paperwork for and reschedule I’d be highly upset. Was there a way we could get in contact with sales to see if they can review my contract of Sept 2022 to show they put that in there? Just then the lady that sold me my car walked up and she seemed shocked that he was questioning this and I herd her tell him yes and to charge it to them or whatever. He came back absolutely rude still as if he was disappointed he lost that fight. I let him know that I was waiting for the car if there was any way I could be made sure I was done first since I was literally there first at 730am. No response really. Just said it could take a while. Two hours later I get the video saying my car was done so I left the waiting area and went to the service area and Dean wasn’t there but is co worker was. I let him know that I got the video saying it was done but he informed me, nicely that the keys and paperwork weren’t brought to them yet. Just then Dean walked in and sighed like he was annoyed and said I just received the paperwork, to Go back and sit down for like 10 minutes while he takes care of it. Not asking but demanding. Absolutely rude. And unit. Definitely needs a few customer service classes that’s for sure. The only reason that I haven’t gone anywhere with a bad review is because the sales team that sold me my car were one of the best in the 15 or so cars I’ve purchased in my lifetime. Had it not been for that I would of blasted everywhere to not got to you alls service department and if you must to def not see Dean. I wouldn’t be back unless I very had to. Luckily I live in Temecula and I have Temecula who’s not much better closer to me or I think I’ll give Lake Elsinore Chevy a try next time. Take care.

I took my car on Saturday and was told that for a diagnostic that I would have to leave my car until Monday. I told the guy at service desk ( that was overwhelmed with work due to Gosch cutting on staff?) that I would bring it on Monday. He said ok just bring it at 8 am
I called off at work. Dropped off my vehicle and was told that it might be done by the end of the day. I then get a call back from service advisor telling me to come back and get my vehicle, because they can't work on Salvage title cars. Why did they not tell me that from the beginning???? Very bad experience!!!
