We had to initiate several calls, over a five day period, to Dean inquiring the status of the repair of our vehicle. We feel Dean lied to us about what was going on with the repair of our truck, that we purchased at your agency over 14 years ago. We will NOT patronize your service department ever again. If we need future repairs we will take our vehicle to Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula.

Does it really matter what my opinion is? I paid my bill and received no service, you got over on another female and my tire is leaking air,the service parking brake light is still on, and when I made the appointment the woman that set the appointment said I was in need of an oil change and made note of it as another service that would be taken care of and when I picked up my vehicle the service guy said he didn't know they were supposed to change it but he was very clear about my vehicle needing 2400.00 of work asap and wouldn't you know of when my step father called him he changed the tone to nothing is needing to be replaced right now but it could in the future( thank goodness he prepared me because as a female I didn't know hoses and belts didn't last for ever) that last comment was totally sarcastic just incase this is read by a woman that gone Road and left the kitchen. So to be satisfied you need to change the sexist attitude of your service guy and 2 have the service worker perform his job.

The rep was nice and cordial however some services performed weren’t approved. Service writer was too busy to go over work and said to call if any concerns came up. Car isn’t fixed yet after about 4-5 days, when driving back home same problem is still going on.
