I wasn’t really satisfied because I’m only had a car not even two years and my radiator went out and I had to pay for it out of my own pocket which I feel like should have them covered under the warranty

The service technician discovered a nail in my left rear tire - a discovery which demonstrates attention to detail. The defect was communicated to to the service assistant; however, no options for repair were provided to me. When the technician was questioned why there where no options for repair presente to me (the customer) the only response provided was that a patch repair would not be provided. No other options were presented for discussion. In fact, the lead technician (Roger) projected an obtuse and non-negotiable response - we can’t repair. No other options (i.e., replace tire) were presented. I was, in effect, reduced to the only option of leaving with a tire leak. Of note: I contacted Prardise Chevrolet immediately following this appointment and they ordered a replacement tire for repair. Gosch Chevrolet, whom I have purchased numerous vehicles, failed to provide a safe and practical solution to an easily resolved defect.

Rojelio received me in a very polite manner and was very nice, he asked me about my day and if I wanted my tires rotated which I forgot all about but wanted done. I asked him about a bushing under the truck that seemed to be missing and he had a mechanic come talk to me and show me that is was normal to have an empty spot where I thought there should of been a bushing at. Rojelio is a great asset to your team and I hope he is appreciated! Thank you! Jesus G

Suppose to fix my mirror, the mirror is now slightly shaky and main thing is now my truck door doesn’t open to my 2018.

Frank did an excellent job repairing my car but the service person that I spoke with was very unprofessional he was condescending and rude. He didn’t speak with much clarity and he didn’t listen at all. He made negative comments he didn’t point out the pluses of the experience. He said my brakes are metal to metal and they’re not. He asked me if I wanted my brakes repaired I told him no he said it was 350 I told him no thank you he said but if you change your -350 I said no thank you he just kept reiterating the fact that it was $350 I had to hang up on him and listen . I spoke with the service person she was kind and she told me that I would be given a Lyft to Uber to transport me back home when I asked him about it he said it was my responsibility to get there. I told him what I was told and he said the Lyft drivers don’t show up he knows that they’re not gonna come but he’ll try to make a request. He didn’t offer me any solutions he didn’t seem to comprehend the questions I was asking him to the point where another service person had to step in to try to assist me he didn’t seem to comprehend well. The last thing he said to me was your break Are metal to metal and I put in the notes you declined to have your brakes repaired and that’s not true my squeal bar isn’t activated he’s very disingenuous.
