I found out never to take your car in on a Friday. You could be without a car for the weekend. 2nd who keeps your car overnight without calling the client let him know that the car is going to be here all night. No communication

With me when making the appointment we should be warned the wait can be extremely long just for an oil change...please accept your mistakes there’s nothing worse than a person trying to cover up for bad service.
